  • Astana Pro Team and Premier Tech, united through excellence

    After 3 540 km in 21 stages, the 104th Tour de France ended yesterday. Premier Tech is proud to celebrate the performance of Fabio Aru, from Astana Pro Team’s team, who finished in 5th place as well as having stylishly won the 5th stage of the Planche des Belles Filles on Wednesday, July 5. This result is in addition to that of the national champion on the Italian route, won on June 25. As for Astana Pro Team, they placed 10th out of 22 participating teams. An excellent performance full of passion, determination, courage and teamwork, values that are essential to Premier Tech’s Culture. Read more
  • Two New Acquisitions to Support Premier Tech Expansion

    Premier Tech is pleased to announce two new international acquisitions, both completed within a few days of each other. In fact, on July 1 of this year, its Industrial Equipment Group (IEG) completed a first acquisition in France, while its Environmental Technologies Group (ETG) acquired the second in India in July 11.   • Premier Tech Partners-Up with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada to Develop Selective Bioherbicide

    Premier Tech, an international leader in active ingredients for sustainable agriculture and horticulture, will take the lead in the final steps to bring to full scale the manufacturing and commercialization of a selective bioherbicide. In January, the Horticulture and Agriculture Group signed a license agreement with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) to finalize the development and commercialization of a product formulated from an indigenous fungus (Phoma macrostoma).   • Premier Tech Invests $7 Million to Expand One of its Six Rivière-du-Loup Plants

    To support the steady growth of its Industrial Equipment Group, Premier Tech will inject seven million dollars into expanding one of the plants at its Campus in Rivière-du-Loup. That investment is required due to the great demand for its automated packaging systems manufactured in Rivière-du-Loup and exported primarily to the Americas. The multiple acquisitions over the last few years in this sector are also greatly contributing to the need for increasing the company’s manufacturing capacity.

  • Premier Tech Announces Three Acquisitions

    Premier Tech announces three business acquisitions, two of which are in Europe and one in the United States. Those companies have combined revenues of $50 million and employ nearly 90 people. It is a total investment of $30 million for the purpose of enhancing the positioning of Premier Tech’s commercial offering with its international clients. Read more
  • Premier Tech Is Rapidly Growing – Major Investments in Rivière-du-Loup for the Year 2017

    Premier Tech starts the new year with enthusiasm and optimism and continues its good habits by going forward and pursuing development for its Rivière-du-Loup installations. In 2017, more than 15 million dollars will be invested in its Campus located on rue Témiscouata, which will undergo major growth. Read more
